Office Manager
Kathy Gonzalez* has been an administrative assistant at Independent Capital Management since 2009 and serves as the firm’s Office Manager. In her role, Kathy oversees the daily operations of the office, supports the financial advisors, coordinates special projects and office initiatives, and plans client events that help create a welcoming and engaging experience for clients. She also supervises office activities and staff, helping ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University. She has been married to Tony for over 30 years and has three sons and now three grandchildren. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys reading, cooking, and participating in a variety of fitness activities, including teaching group fitness classes.
