Josh Gonzalez

Josh Gonzalez joined Independent Capital Management in June of 2024.

He is a Paraplanner and holds his FINRA Series 7 license with LPL Financial. In his role, Josh supports the advisory team through client account servicing, account opening, and preparation for client review meetings. He also plays an important role in servicing the firm’s retirement plan clients by assisting with 401(k) enrollments, coordinating corporate luncheon events, and supporting employee education meetings. His strong attention to detail and client-focused approach help ensure a smooth and positive experience for both individual and corporate clients.

Josh earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Xavier University in May 2024. He and his wife, Amanda, along with their son, Judah, reside in Fort Recovery, Ohio. Outside of work, Josh enjoys watching basketball, swimming, and cooking.
