Administrative Assistant
Emily Unrast*, Administrative Assistant, joined Independent Capital Management in April 2021. In her role, she provides valuable back-office support to the advisory team by preparing new account paperwork, verifying beneficiary information, assisting with compliance processes, and helping maintain accurate client records and communication. Emily is highly service-oriented and takes pride in supporting both the advisors and clients with care and attention to detail.
Emily earned her Bachelor of Education degree from The University of Toledo. Prior to joining Independent Capital Management, she worked as a high school science teacher.
She resides in Coldwater with her husband and twin daughters. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming, hiking, and refinishing old furniture.
