Betsy Snyder* joined Independent Capital Management in October 2025 and serves as the welcoming face of our office at the main desk. She expertly coordinates scheduling, client processing, and guest hospitality to help ensure each client experience runs smoothly and efficiently.
Betsy earned her associate’s degree in business management from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Prior to joining Independent Capital Management, she built a strong background in sales and customer service within the manufacturing industry.
Betsy, her husband and three kids reside in Coldwater, Ohio. Outside of the office, Betsy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children. She loves gardening, planting flowers, and recently started a family garden. In her free time, she also enjoys watching sports — especially cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals — and making memories with family and friends.
